9 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Vendors

10 a.m. – 4 p.m.: Kite show weather permitting, Bounce house, Kids Fishing (free), Dunk Tank, Little Mr. and Miss Polo, BBQ contest, Pie and Cupcake contest, Raffle: Tickets – $5 for one or 5 for $20

5:30 p.m.: Benefit BBQ dinner

6:30 p.m.: Awards presentation of all prizes
