What’s on the Ballot?

Please refer to your voter registration card or call the County Clerk’s office at (816) 586-2571 to see which precinct and districts you are in.
The hours for the polls are from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The last day to register to vote for this election is March 8, 2023
Absentee voting begins February 20, 2023
Mail in or faxed absentee ballot requests must be received by the election authority no later than the 5:00 p.m. on March 21, 2023.
From March 21, 2023 to April 3, 2023 you may vote a no-excuse absentee ballot in person at the courthouse
In order to vote absentee, you will need to fill out a Request for Missouri Absentee Ballot which you can print by clicking on the corresponding link, we can mail to you, or you can pick up in our office. Please fill it out and mail it back to our office or return it in person along with a copy of your photo I.D., if possible.
You can find out which candidates and issues will be on your ballot by contacting the office or going to the Missouri Secretary of State’s website, entering your residential address, and clicking the view candidates and issues link to the right.
County Clerk Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closing from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch
Extended Office Hours: Wednesday, March 8, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Monday, April 3, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The County Clerk’s Office will be conducting a public test of the voting equipment on a date yet to be determined.
