The Caldwell County Commission is continuing to limit the number of people entering the courthouse at a time due to an increased amount of confirmed cases in Caldwell County. We continue to ask that any business that you can do by email, phone or mail, please continue to do so.

In light of recent social events and activities around Caldwell County that the Commission and Health Department have been made aware of, the Caldwell County Commission strongly encourages following the guidelines set forth by the Health Department and the state of Missouri. Some of these guidelines include social distancing, the wearing of face masks, frequent hand washing and, when required, the adherence to quarantine directives after testing positive or having been directly exposed to those who have tested positive.

The 43rd Circuit Court Order requiring sign in and questionnaire has not yet expired.

The Commission would like to thank the residents of Caldwell County for their patience during this continued situation and for doing their part to decrease the spread of COVID-19.
