The hours for the polls are from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The last day to register to vote for this election is July 11, 2018
Absentee voting begins June 26, 2018
In order to vote absentee, you will need to fill out an Application for an Absentee Ballot which we can mail to you, you can pick up in our office, or you can print here. Please fill it out and mail it back to our office or return it in person along with a copy of your photo I.D., if possible.
The last day we can send you an absentee ballot by mail is August 1, 2018. You may still vote absentee in person during office hours in the County Clerk’s Office until 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2018.
You can find out which candidates and issues will be on your ballot by contacting our office or going to the Missouri Secretary of State’s website, entering your residential address, and clicking the view candidates and issues link to the right.
County Clerk Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closing from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch
Extended Office Hours: Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, July 30, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Monday, August 6, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The County Clerk’s Office will be conducting a public test of the voting equipment for the August 7, 2018 Primary Election on July 24, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. This test will be held at the Caldwell County Courthouse located in Kingston at 49 E. Main.
